Dr. Healthy is a native of Mumbai, India. After having lived and worked in India, Australia and USA, Dr. Healthy’s orthopedic experience and journey has been world class in a literal sense.

He is one of the rare individuals who was drawn to his profession at a very young age and he pursued his dream of becoming a doctor with utmost dedication and commitment from early years. After completing Bachelor in Medicine & Surgery with a gold medal at the Grant Medical College in India, he completed his post graduate studies in Orthopedic Surgery at the young age of 28. While in India, Dr. Healthy worked for internationally accredited and recognized hospitals such as the Grant Medical College and Sir J.J Group of Hospital, Bombay Hospital, G.T Hospital and St. George Hospital in Mumbai.

In 2006, he moved to Melbourne (Australia) and worked at highly reputed and well established hospitals like Royal Melbourne Hospital, Epworth Hospital, Monash Medical Center and The Northern Hospital. While in Australia, he trained and specialized in Upper Limb Surgeries, Limb Lengthening and Reconstructions, Hip & Knee Replacements, Arthroscopic Surgeries and Pediatric Orthopedics.

In 2008, he moved to New York (NY) USA to pursue a fellowship in Hand, Micro-vascular & Upper Limb Surgeries at the prestigious NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases. He also trained and worked at Bellevue Hospital, Jamaica Hospital and Elmhurst Hospital in New York.

In 2009, he moved to Dallas (TX) where he had the opportunity of honing his acquired skills in Micro-vascular & Upper Limb Surgeries with emphasis on congenital and pediatric surgeries at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and Texas Scottish Rite and Childrens’ Hospital.

Being an avid sports player, in 2010 Dr. Healthy decided to move to the sunny side to pursue a fellowship in Orthopedic Sports Medicine at the Long Beach Memorial Medical Center. He was the team physician for the California State University Long Beach Athletes. He trained and specialized in ACL, ligament reconstructions and sports related injuries.

After falling in love with the sunny side of the USA, Dr. Healthy decided to pursue orthopedic opportunities in California. He was introduced to the CEO; James Suver in August last year. After having spent 2 days in the community of Ridgecrest, meeting with the hospital staff, local physicians and residents including Dr. Nancy, Dr. Bill and Dr. Kitty, he decided to move and become a part of the Ridgecrest community.

In his spare time, Dr. Healthy loves to travel & explore, play cricket for the Southern California Cricket League, enjoys beating his opponents on his PS3, and dreams of riding horses. He also loves extreme sports and has bungee jumped off a 111 meters high bridge at the Victoria Falls in Zambia, sky dived in Australia and rafted through the white waters of Zambezi River in Africa.
